Important status

This privacy policy is a working draft for UAT and should be reviewed for NDPA/NDPC compliance before public launch.

• Property listing details, public location details, private address details, photos, descriptions, prices, and viewing availability.
• Saved listings, viewing requests, support messages, listing reports, notifications, and audit records.
• Verification-related notes or evidence where a landlord or authorised representative provides them.

Why we use this data

• To create and manage user accounts.
• To publish and review property listings.
• To manage viewing requests and address-release controls.
• To send account, support, booking, and safety notifications.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, fake listings, and unsafe use of the platform.
• To respond to support requests, complaints, and legal or safety issues.

Private addresses

Private property addresses should not be shown publicly. They may be visible to the listing owner, platform admins, and approved viewing users where the platform logic allows address release.

Data requests

Users may contact D'Tinto Housefinder to request access, correction, deletion, or review of their personal data, subject to lawful retention requirements, safety needs, dispute handling, and fraud-prevention obligations.
