Important wording

Trust badges show platform checks completed by D'Tinto Housefinder. They do not guarantee legal title, ownership, building approval, payment safety, or final transaction outcome.

Possible trust checks

• Phone checked: the contact phone was reviewed or contacted.
• Photos reviewed: submitted photos were reviewed for basic listing quality.
• Address reviewed: private address handling and public location details were reviewed.
• Owner/caretaker authority reviewed: the person listing the property provided a declaration or evidence of authority.
• Field checked: a platform representative or authorised person reviewed the property in person where applicable.
• Document reviewed: submitted documents were reviewed for platform purposes only.

What badges do not mean

• They do not mean D'Tinto guarantees title.
• They do not mean the property is free from disputes.
• They do not mean users should skip inspection or legal due diligence.
• They do not mean D'Tinto is acting as a lawyer, estate surveyor, valuer, or escrow service.

Reporting concerns

If a badge appears wrong, misleading, or outdated, users should report the listing immediately for review.
