- Photo or video service support.
- Field inspection or viewing support.
- Listing verification support.
- Landlord or developer subscription packages.
- Lawyer-approved tenancy agreement assistance if later approved.
General refund approach
Refund eligibility should depend on the paid service, whether work has started, whether the listing breached platform rules, and whether the user supplied false or incomplete information.
No rent/deposit refunds
In the Track A model, D'Tinto Housefinder should not collect rent, deposit, agency fees, or purchase funds. Any future payment model must be legally reviewed before launch.
