Trust guide

What D'Tinto trust levels mean.

Trust levels explain how far a listing has gone through D'Tinto platform checks. They help tenants compare listings more safely, but they are not a title guarantee, ownership guarantee, valuation or payment guarantee.

Trust levels are platform checks only. They do not guarantee title, ownership, valuation, payment safety, structural condition or transaction outcome. For serious rent, sale, title, ownership or legal concerns, inspect the property and obtain independent legal due diligence.
