Authority to list
You should only submit a property if you own it, manage it, or have clear authority from the owner to advertise it.
Listing accuracy

Prohibited behaviour

- Do not use stolen photos.

- Do not request suspicious payments outside safe viewing and due diligence processes.
Platform action
D'Tinto Housefinder may request evidence, pause listings, reject submissions, remove published listings, restrict accounts, or suspend users where platform rules are breached.
