Authority to list

You should only submit a property if you own it, manage it, or have clear authority from the owner to advertise it.

Listing accuracy

• Use accurate photos.
• Use the correct price.
• Give a truthful description.
• Use a public landmark that does not expose sensitive private address details.
• Update the listing when the property is rented, sold, paused, or unavailable.

Prohibited behaviour

• Do not submit fake listings.
• Do not use stolen photos.
• Do not pretend to be the owner if you are not authorised.
• Do not mislead users about price, location, condition, or availability.
• Do not request suspicious payments outside safe viewing and due diligence processes.

Platform action

D'Tinto Housefinder may request evidence, pause listings, reject submissions, remove published listings, restrict accounts, or suspend users where platform rules are breached.
